DSLX SIDE LATCH TUBING ELEVATOR
1.Description
⑴SLX type Side latch Tubing Elevators are conventional side door elevators to handle casing in oil and gas drilling operation.
⑵SLX type Side latch Tubing Elevators are made from high quality alloy steel with both advanced technology and heat treatment. The elevator is verified by strength test and NDT, and can handle pipes from 2⅜in to 4½in OD. The rating load of the elevators are 40t(360kN),65t(585kN),75t(675kN),100t(900kN),125t(1125kN),150t(1350kN).
⑶All the technical parameter and property of the elevator completely conform to the requirements of SY/T5035 and API Spec 8A and API Spec 8C.

2.Structural
Model SLX type Side latch Tubing Elevators series consist of body, door, latch, latch pin, latch lock and etc. The door is fixed to the body by hinge pin and can be rotated around it. While the latch is fixed to the body by latch pin and can be rotated around it. With spring, the latch can be back to its original position. The latch lock is equipped to door and can function with the force of spring. When open the door, pull the handle of the latch lock, the latch lock can be rotated and discharged from latch, the roller of the latch lock force the latch to rotate to make the latch discharge from door, continue to pull the handle, the elevator can be open. When close the elevator, pull the door to the joint position, the latch lock can lock the latch, the elevator can be closed. To prevent the latch lock rotate in closing operating, all elevators are equipped with stop pin for safety. All elevators are recommended with two link blocks to prevent the elevators from discharging.
